Living rules in the flat

  • Put-on / put-off your ski shoes in the ground floor, as ski shoes are forbidden in the lift and in the flat. Skis as well, they must be left in the ski case at your disposal in ground floor. By exception and because the ski case is not large enough, snowboards can be stored in the balcony

  • Do not leave something to dry on the electric towel-dryer heater in the bathroom as it might damage both your item and the heater. You have got at your disposal a clothes rack for this purpose. You can hang it either  outside the shower or inside if the laundry drops

  • For security reasons, do not use true candles : you've got LED candles at your disposal in case of power outage

  • Use the table sets, tablecloth and/or lower plate to protect the table from the heat

  • Respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood

  • Do not smoke in the flat (neither in the building which is a no smoking building) - do not throw anything out of the balcony as it falls on the first floor neighbour terrace

Attention points  & Advice

  • When it is sunny (which is almost always the case), we recommend you to lower the blind and pull the door-window curtain  during the day when you are out, otherwise it might be very hot in the living room when you return

  • The outdoor poufs can be closed with a zip so, if it is raining, please make sure they are protected from the rain

  • You can store your buky baggage on the balcony, it is safe. You will find in the sliding drawer under the bunk bed in the cabin a protective plastic you can use to protect your luggage from the rain/snow/dust

  • Remember to turn-off the electric towel-dryer heater in the bathroom before your departure
