Where to park in Val d'Isère

You've got at your disposal a private parking lot floor -1 inside the building (402). If you are traveling by car, tell the "Conciergerie"  (during winter term) so that they can explain to you how to access the parking area and give you the proper keys and badge.

Outside the ski season, you will find the badge and access keys in the little box "bazar" on the dining-room table.

Keys

The keys will be given to you by the "Conciergerie" who will welcome you (during winter term). You will have 2 sets of keys (entrance door + ski locker) and if needed a set to access the parking (access key + badge).

Outside ski season, you will find the entrance key in the key box next to the entrance door 4th floor. The code will be communicated as soon as the security guarantee deposit is received. You will have to put them back in the box before your departure.

Arrival time

 

Rentals usually start Saturdays at 5 pm to end on the following Saturday at 10 am, but there might be exceptions outside speak periods.

To facilitate your arrival, please call the "Conciergerie" (during winter term) as soon as you arrive in Bourg-Saint-Maurice so that they can organise to welcome you. If the flat is ready and you arrive earlier, it ight be possible to give you the keys earlier.

In case of late arrival (after 7 pm), plase also call the "Conciergerie" in advance so thta they can take their disposals to give you access to the flat when you will arrive.

Inventory of fixtures & Guarantee

 

When you arrive you will receive a full inventory of items in the flat and an inventory of fixtures (out of ski season those documents will be sent to you by email before your arrival). In order not to waste to much time, you may choose to check the files later and raise any concern by email within 24 hours. If you don't raise any issue within teh first 24 hours the files are reputed to be compliant.

 

You will have to deliver the Guarantee (1500 €) at your arrival. This can be paid by cheque (not cashed), that will be given back to you within 1 month max. The cheque will be either sent to your postal address or destroyed (pictures to prove its destruction will be sent to you).

If you don't have any cheque you can pay the guarantee through a money transfer (money transfer shall be executed 48h minimum before your arrival), in this case you will receive on your account the money back within 1 week maximum after your departure.

If you forgot to pay the Guarantee (but this might be exceptional), last chance is to pay it by cash at your arrival. The "Conciergerie" will keep it during your stay and restitute it at the end of your stay after the control provided there is nothing wrong in the flat.

 

When you arrive the stay is already fully payed (refer to contract agreement). If it happens not to be the case, you will have to pay the missing amount by cash before receiving the keys.
